You Break Through

This was my first visit and appointment with this office. Starting with my initial phone call the person I spoke with was very helpful. First answering my questions regarding insurance, scheduling the appointment and she even helped me set up the MyChart account. Almost immediately upon arrival and checking in I was met by the doctor and introduce to her care team (some in training). They were all very pleasant and professional taking all the X=rays, test and scans leading up to actually sitting with the doctor and discussing a care plan. (I was impressed with the details of the "Existing Procedures Noted This Encounter" entered in the MyChart) After that I met again with Dr. Brigitta who was also very pleasant to talk to. She was very detailed in explaining each concern she had and suggested what steps I should consider. She hit on issues my previous provider was tracking, and she put together a very comprehensive care plan. At this point I still need to sort out insurance issues. Also need to evaluate some of the risks potentials because it is not likely I can take on the whole financial burden in such a short time window. That said I feel the assessment is important and accurate and I am using it to decide what insurance policy I need and fully plan to go forward with treatments Last in this whirlwind start with this new practice I went forward with the periodontal maintenance (which was my original request) with Briggitta Kocs. She was great. First exposure to the use of a laser and another device she had that was like a super water pick. We discussed my care and my routine, and she made several valuable suggestions I can do better (like switching my mouthwash from Listerine to Therabreath Overall, I was pleased with everything at this point and very confident with my choice to call this office.

Dr. Bliss and Kayla were extremely helpful and kind. I look forward to going back to them in the future!

I'm a terrible dental patient The people at Milford Dentist made me comfortable and we were able to come up with a plan. They were knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend to anyone.
